Reporting to the CFO, the Accountant will manage the day-to-day accounting, reporting, and cash flow operations. This hands-on role will oversee monthly closes, reconciliations, bill payments, and both fiat and crypto transactions. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and improves processes.

Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring timely invoicing, accurate payment collection, and up-to-date customer records. Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) operations, including vendor invoice processing, payment scheduling, and reconciliation. Maintain precise and current aging reports, identifying and escalating overdue accounts when needed. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment discrepancies efficiently.

The Collection Operations Specialist manages day-to-day collections operations with autonomy, serves as a point of escalation for cases, and contributes to process and tooling improvements. You will execute payment processing and credit application investigations, manage operational collection cases, and drive customer outreach. You'll analyze portfolio/aging, identify trends, and collaborate cross-functionally to remove blockers and ensure timely case resolution.
