Processing and tracking bank transactions in the accounting system; Managing accounting for equipment and low-value assets; reconciling with the warehouse system; Handling expense reports: reconciling with employees and collecting supporting documents; Managing settlements with contractors and vendors and ensuring all documentation is in place; Calculating and posting appropriate taxes within management accounting; Managing internal reconciliations between projects.
This role will support day-to-day accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, vendor communication, and payment execution. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to work independently while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
The Accounting Analyst will handle day-to-day accounting tasks, improve processes for efficient month-end closing, and collaborate with teams in Brazil, Chile, and the US to support business growth. They will implement streamlined processes and controls to support other departments. The analyst is responsible for day to day accounting functions, including revenue recognition, commissions, accruals and prepaid expenses.
This position is needed to support Accounts Payable Global Delivery and will be responsible for processing invoices, Travel & Expense Processing / Audit, handling queries & Month End Closing. Ability to adhere to agreed SLA’s, analyse invoice issues and interpret problems & probable solutions is a prerequisite of this role.
